TrackPet
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrackPet mobile application and this website (together, “TrackPet”), provided by GB Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using TrackPet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrackPet.
What TrackPet is
TrackPet is a household organizer for pet care: daily tasks, local reminders, health notes you enter, documents, calendar events, expenses, sitter information, and backups you create. It is a productivity and record-keeping tool.
Not veterinary or medical advice
TrackPet is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in animals or people. PDF summaries and on-screen health overviews reflect information you entered; they are not an official veterinary passport and do not replace professional care. Always follow a licensed veterinarian’s advice for medications, vaccines, and treatment.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TrackPet on devices you own or control, for lawful household purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from TrackPet except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (including medication schedules and vaccine dates).
- You are responsible for keeping backups if you want a copy outside the app, and for anyone who uses the same device.
- You must not use TrackPet for unlawful purposes or to store content you do not have rights to use.
- Reminders depend on device settings (notifications, battery optimization, exact alarms). We do not guarantee that every reminder will fire at the exact second in every device configuration.
Accounts and data
TrackPet does not require an account with us. Care data is stored on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. If you share files or restore backups, you control where those files go.
Intellectual property
TrackPet, its name, branding, and software are owned by GB Apps or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party fonts and open-source components are used under their respective licenses (see in-app licences where applicable).
Disclaimer of warranties
TrackPet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that TrackPet will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GB Apps and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or pet-care outcomes arising from your use of TrackPet — including missed reminders or reliance on information you stored in the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to TrackPet shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero if the app is free).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
App stores
If you download TrackPet from Google Play, the App Store, or another store, that store’s terms also apply. The store is not responsible for TrackPet support, and these Terms are between you and GB Apps, not the store operator (except where the store’s rules require otherwise).
Changes and termination
We may update TrackPet or these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when required by law. We may stop offering TrackPet or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using TrackPet at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where GB Apps offers TrackPet, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
